Archie Yates (Jojo Rabbit) plays the youngster this time, who is named Max, and the film also stars Ellie Kemper, Rob Delaney, and Kenan Thompson. Max Mercer is a clever and smart young child who has been left by his family while they are on vacation in Japan. When a married couple wanting to recover a precious artifact sets their sights on the Mercer familys house, it is up to Max to keep them out and hell go to any extreme to do so. Despite the commotion, Max learns that there is no place like home.
