The Year that Opened My Eyes

March 13 is a horrifying day to remember. The world shut down and we were not able to go back to school, nor, change anything for months.

So much that I want to say about this year, so much that happened.

2020 was a year of discomfort, a year of worry, a year of fear, a year staying at home, a year of slowing down, a year to remind yourself of what really is important. A year that opened up my eyes.

This year was definitely one to remember because of what we all went through. We lost our daily routines, lost patience at some point, and lost some of our loved ones.
