When it is New Year’s Eve all people are COGNIZANT that it is time to make a resolution to help better one’s lifestyle. Many people’s resolutions are to stop their MALNUTRITION such as Alex Zavaleta or to improve in a certain course. There are also many who seek the impossible which ultimately results in FRETFULNESS. Through motivation and dedication, I achieved my goals to TERMINATE my bad eating habits and improve in running. I view New Year’s resolutions as a waste of time if one is not truly motivated to change because without will power nothing positive comes about. The good of accomplishing resolutions is the sense of gratitude with oneself for working hard and not giving in to the negative thoughts or comments that were experienced throughout the process.
