Billie Eilish is an upcoming artist who has attracted millions of fans with her debut single “Ocean Eyes.” Fans all over the world have grown to love her strange but relatable personality as they await for her new album. Her music stands out from other popular artists, Eilish lyrics are authentic and evocative.

At only 17-years old, Eilish keeps up with her aesthetic and releases another haunting single “Bury a Friend.”  The single has inspired her next album “WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?” Eilish explains how she wants her album to be in a statement “I immediately knew what it was going to be about, what the visuals were going to be, and everything in terms of how I wanted it to be perceived.” The lyrics hold a deeper meaning to what it is to be distinguished and it is completely outside the box to what people are used to. The song is co-written and co-produced by her brother Finneas O’Connell.

Although the song sounds amazing on its own but adding visuals to it just makes shivers go down your spine. The haunting music video is directed by Michael Chaves and is so beautifully made with a disturbing meaning behind it. Eilish’s video includes the idea of demon possession in the beginning and then later goes into depth showing mind control. The ideas Eilish comes up with and how she makes them come to life with of course the help of her team almost makes you forget she is only a teenager.
